Machine Work Procedure: 1, Manually put lot of rulers in one direction into the hopper, by the optical fiber induction, the hopper will automatically drop ruler to the first workstations of the fixture 2, Splitter brings rotary stations of fixture to second stations, then rotate to third workstation, to do automatic electrostatic debusting and afterward rotate to the fourth heat transfer station , Under the hot stamping head, the film will be automatic positioning, automatic heat transfer; 3.Rotary station continue rotating, while rotate to 5th and 6th station, mechanical manipulator will feed the ruler by vacuum chuck,swing 180 degrees to the conveyor belt, automatically stack 15-20 pcs and conveyor transport to uploading Performance Feature 1.
